This service includes in depth consultation with as many meetings that may be needed with you and even your contractor if new construction.

Complete design includes: Floor plans, Flooring, Lighting, Paint, Wallpaper, Furniture, Window Treatments, Accessories and anything else needed on time and budget.

Coordination with all necessary project vendors, contractors, and tradespeople and well as installation of all Furnishings/Final Walkthrough of Your New Space.

Redesign

Meet with design consultant, Pam Chase.

I will refresh your home by using some or all of your existing furnishings and accessories.

In this consultation I will rearrange items throughout your home and identify items to be replaced.

New paint colors can be suggested as well as additional decorative elements.

Real Estate Staging

If you are hoping for a quick sell I will purge and stage your home so buyers can see its great bones and incredible potential.

Furniture will be moved around, rooms will be styled, new paint colors/carpet/rugs/furniture may be suggested.

Relocate

Consultation at current residence, if possible, to photograph and measure furniture to be relocated.

Measure new residence and floor plan provided – your movers will love this.

Determine where furnishings will go and source new furnishings if needed.
